NEW 2025/2026- OPU Elite Youth program will be split into two 10-week sessions!

EYT is a program for 8-9-year-old players looking to learn the skills required to compete and provide a smooth transition into playing club volleyball for Ocala Power United and our 10s club program. If your player has participated in sessions of Volley Kids and has enjoyed it, this would be a good way to continue to make progress!

We believe in creating and training well-rounded players as early as we can. OPU Elite Youth Training will focus on teaching fundamental volleyball skills and emphasizing the importance of focused and intentional practice and competing. In addition, this program is an introduction to the “club season” schedule, minus travel. 

Tryouts for the OPU Elite Youth Training Program will be held in October 2025 for session 1 and in February 2026 for session 2 and from those tryouts, up to ~16 girls will be selected for the program and begin practice in November or March. Practices will be 2 days a week with some scrimmage days throughout the program where the girls will play at OPU in a game setting to get experience with rotations, game rules, etc. 

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! The only requirements are age (8 or 9 years old-USAV age-born between July 2016-June 2018), and the willingness to learn to compete!

Tuition for Elite Youth Training will be similar to our fall/spring mini club at $525 a session (10 weeks). 

Payment options will be to pay in full with cash, check, or credit card (processing fee applied) OR a payment plan by credit card/ACH that will charge a deposit of $262.50 and an automatic payment of $262.50 halfway through.
